Privacy Policy :
At Eurogenset Power Solutions Limited we are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy or all our customers and visitors.
The information collected from customers when signing up is used for billing and administration purposes only and will be kept confidential. Contact information collected will be contact details and payment information (credit or debit card). None of which will be passed onto third parties.
When visitors use the website, information such as the ISP's domain, the time accessed and the pages visited will be stored by us. This is to analyze the web traffic and improve content of the site.
Any personal information contained within customer's websites and online shops is their own responsibility. We have taken security measures to ensure that our customers are protected against loss, alteration or misuse.

Prices & Payment:
All our prices are excluded VAT. Delivery is calculated separately and automatically as per delivery location. You can check VAT and delivery cost on CHECKOUT. You have the option to purchase online, or over the phone on +44 14 5261 1881 or Fax us on +44 20 7692 4650.
You can also pay by cheque against a pro-forma invoice.
Note:
1. If you pay by credit card, your card will not be charged till goods are delivered from our stores.
2. Goods remained the property of EuroGenset until your credit card is charged or your cheque was cleared and payment has been received in full.
Delivery :
Some of our products are in stock and some are on seven days delivery. You will be able to confirm the stock availability and delivery time on CHECKOUT. While EuroGenset will be doing everything possible to deliver goods to you on time, we will not held responsible for any cost and damages as result of delay in delivery.

Warranty:
Products are covered by a 12 month warranty. Where a product is to be used in adverse conditions or for prolonged duration, a shorter period may apply. This does not affect your statutory rights (Consumer Protection Act 1987).
The manufacturer’s warranty will not apply in the following circumstances:
1. If the product has suffered customer or user abuse.
2. Damage by accident or deliberate misuse.
3. Lack of maintenance.
4. Failure to ensure the machine has received reasonable care and attention.
5. Fitment of unauthorized parts or accessories.

This may be by the following:-
Goods will be returned direct to our office by the customer. Full parts and labour repairs carried out in our workshops.
Goods will be returned to customer at our expense. An order number will be required to cover non-warrantable work.
A ‘Returns Number’ should be obtained prior to returning product.
Notes:
All parts supplied FOC are on condition that faulty parts are returned to the factory within 14 days of replacement and subject to factory examination for valid claims.
Failures due to wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered.
Limited warranty applies in special circumstances where equipment operates in extreme environmental conditions and/or for extended periods.
The Company will not be held responsible for consequential losses, or costs incurred by the customer during a warranty repair. The Company will not accept claims of compensation.
Return policy:
You can return goods with the following options:
1. You can return good without any reason within 7 days of delivery if the goods were packed in their original package. Return delivery cost will be paid by you.
2. You can return goods that were unpacked but UNUSED within seven days of delivery. We will charge you 5% for repacking and handling. Re delivery cost will be paid by you.
3. You can return goods that were used within 7 days of delivery. In this case we will charge you 25% of the goods value and delivery will be paid by you.
ALL RETURNED GOODS SHOULD BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGE IN GOOD CONDITION.
